Arcángel, born Austin Agustín Santos, is an influential American rapper and singer of Dominican descent, recognized as a pioneer of Latin trap music and a significant figure in the broader Latin urban genre. He began his career in the mid-2000s as part of the popular reggaeton duo Arcángel & De La Ghetto before embarking on a successful solo career. Known for his melodic flow, emotional storytelling, and fusion of reggaeton, Latin trap, and hip-hop, Arcángel has released numerous hit singles and albums.
