Johann, based in Marseille, France, is a musician who performs under the stage name Absolute Valentine. Since 2014, he has been producing songs that are inspired by electronic music, 80s aesthetics, and the cyberpunk genre. This genre is also known as Synthwave, Retro-Electro, Mid-Tempo, and Darksynth. Initially, he releases EPs and singles and gains respect on the scene, however, in 2016, his album Police Heartbreaker drew the attention of stars such as Anoraak, Neus, Waveshaper , Robert Parker, and others... In 2016, he founded the label Synthwave / Retrowave / Cyberpunk / Darksynth / Lazerdiscs Records which has helped him to become an influencer. Absolute Valentine is also a stage artist who has toured the USA with Carpenter Brut, Danger , Little Big, and several others...
