Abra Cadabra is a British musician from Tottenham, North London. His 2016 freestyle “Robbery” propelled him into the spotlight which in tune allowed the track’s remix, featuring Krept & Konan. This not only amplified its reach but also earned him the MOBO Award for Best Song and the Urban Music Award for Best Single that same year. Known for his commanding voice and authentic storytelling, Abra Cadabra has released several notable projects, including the EPs Feature Boy (2018), Love Or Lust? (2020), and Mixed Emotions (2021). His 2020 mixtape, Product of My Environment, received critical acclaim and achieved a Silver certification from the BPI, peaking at number 29 on the UK Albums Chart. The mixtape features standout singles like “On Deck,” which reached number 32 on the UK Singles Chart and also received a Silver certification. Abra Cadabra’s collaborations extend to prominent artists such as Headie One and Bandokay on the track “Can’t Be Us,” which peaked at number 27 on the UK Singles Chart. His contributions to the UK drill scene have been recognised with multiple nominations at the GRM Daily Rated Awards, including Male Artist of the Year, Track of the Year for “On Deck,” and Mixtape of the Year for Product of My Environment in 2021. Beyond music, he made his acting debut in the 2023 British drama Trapping, a powerful film that was even highlighted in discussions at the UK Parliament.
